I hope everyone has had a wonderful week. The weather has been beautiful lately, it’s almost hard to believe that we are in the middle of Winter when the sun is shining so brightly.
I thought I would do something slightly different this week and pick my favourite drugstore product under each category of beauty/makeup with a quick snapshot about why I love them. I will follow this one up with a high end version as well!
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Clear Daily Face Lotion – non greasy, sinks into your skin nicely, SPF 30+.
L’Oreal Skin Perfection Daily Moisturiser – leaves my skin looking flawless, smells amazing, luxurious. packaging.
Nivea Q10 Eye Cream – repairs skin over time, is not irritating at all.
Face of Australia Primer – very moisturising, affordable, smells really nice.
L’Oreal Infallible – full, perfect coverage every time, perfect amount of glow.
LA Girl HD Pro Concealer – does not crease, full coverage, packaging difficult to work with sometimes however worth the trouble.
L’Oreal Brow Colour Riche – perfect colour match, lasts for ages, really easy to work with.
Australis AC Contour Kit (cool toned colour) – very pigmented, versatile colour, very finely milled making it easy to blend.
Maybelline Master Hi-Light Blush – versatile colour, contains light reflecting pigments giving a nice glow, not too pigmented making it great for fair skinned girls.
E.L.F. Baked Highlighter – very pretty shimmer finish without being over the top, lasts for a long time.
NYX Natural Palette – great everyday colours for smoky eyes, very affordable for what you get.
L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara – the blackest mascara that gives you the longest lashes.
Eyes of Horus Olive Green Colour – slightly more subtle that black, smudges easily for a smoky eye look, you could own just this one and be happy.
NYX Dewy Setting Spray – great way of setting your makeup for the day and leaving you fresh faced looking.
